Our last night in Cuba was spent in the Junior suite before our flight home! Wow.... Beautiful hotel in perfect location. In the heart of the old town, easy to walk to restaurants, and stroll around the Market looking at all the books on display! Great carnival atmosphere in the afternoon when we were there! No problems.... Rooms were clean. The fridge was stocked with all kinds of drinks. Terrace over looking the Plaza de Arms was the best. I got great service from everyone working at the property. The Resturant on the roof was superb. Will be back. Capt. Don More

When we checked in, we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a suite. We said no, and they gave us the worst standard room they got, even thought the hotel was pretty empy.
