We just got back from 8 days at this Casa and had a wonderful time. We just wandered Old Havana ...lots to see and excellent food (be sure to visit the "Old Print Shop" restaurant and order the lamb.) The rooms are newly renovated and include daily maid service, and your own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Also has... More

We stayed at Casa Dania at the beginning of January 2012 and stayed 4 nights. the location was perfect, it was central to everything you want to see in Havana Vieja. The hosts Yosvany and Dania were extremely accomidating and very nice people. We speak little spanish but still made do even with our limited vocab even though the hosts... More

Excellent location in Old Havana, parallel to Obispo, all attractions at walking distances. The street is not so inviting at first glance, but when you enter, climb the stairs and get in : wow !! Very clean and comfortables rooms with A/C. Amazing all around view from the terrasse where excellent breakfeasts and dinners are prepared and served by Yosvany.... More

Firstly, sorry for this review being so late. Each time I tried to post it, something went wrong. We stayed here in May 2011 with two young children - 3 year old Lila and 8 year old Stella. They absolutely loved it - as did we. Very clean, great breakfasts on the roof and we had the freedom of the... More

Pulling up outside the place in the taxi was a very jaw dropping moment. Not in a good way. My husband and I looked at each other with some panic in our eyes. The road isnt quite as nice as Obispo road which runs parallel. And yep the 3 flights of stairs are quite hard work. But once inside, its... More

I won't repeat what others have said - only to confirm that this casa is just off the main shopping/music street in Havana vieja (Calle Obispo), which is a great location. The doorway looks pretty uninviting at street level but this in no way represents the apartment, The room was clean with air con, and the terrace was a lovely... More

Stayed at Casa Dania for one night before my flight to Cancun. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb (forewarned) but the views from the rooftop are great. We aren't talking a small rooftop terrace either - we are talking about quite an expansive walking space. Great view of the Capitolio and then it's only a 3 block walk... More

Great location in Havana vieja, you might be intimidated at start by the street, but this is vieja, dont be alarmed. Includes all books for traveling Cuba and you can borrow them. 3 floors to climb up. Great breakfast for 3 CUC each. Great rooftop to view the city. Rooms are clean and includes a safe. The owners are nice,... More

Great place to stay, clean and tidy. Simple rooms with en suite bathroom. The host (you have to forgive me as I have forgotten his name) makes a great breakfast and dinner if you ask him at a small charge. Both to be taken on the pretty roof terrace. Location was great too, away from the tourist hotels. My only... More
