We went to Bonaire for 6 days at the end of February. Beautiful weather, clear sea, nice little beach near our apartment. (5 minute walk) We stayed in Kralendijk 'Kadushi Appartment', Kaya Italia near the Divi Divi Resort, the beach there is small but not busy. There is a little restaurant where you can order food to take on the beach or there is a nice larger restaurant with very good food.Kralendijk is small but all you need is there.Our favorite restaurants were Salsa & It Rains Fishes on the beach front, and Warung Louise (Indonesian) in the main street.Bonaire itself is a small island, we were there 6 days and for us it was enough to have a good rest. But when you are a dive fanatic you need more time here, they call Bonaire divers paradise and it is. The whole island is surrounded by places to dive, in the most beautiful clear waters.The best beach is Klein Bonaire, you will need to take the water taxi to get there and make sure you have something to eat & drink with you. more
