We stayed at this resort in October for our wedding and had a fabulous time. Everybody was so helpful from the moment we arrived til the moment we left. We have just returned from a really good holiday to Mango Bay. The hotel is really special,very boutique feeling to it, very personal and intimate. I would not recommend it for families as there really are no decent child facilities. We stayed in the de-lux rooms which are superbly appointed, very modern and spacious. This hotel could be good if it stopped trying be be something it really is nt. All the rules and regulations are stricter than Sandy Lane with a dress code stricter than The Cliff.............but with a creek next to the hotel swimming with rubbish and filth they should really stop playing at high standards. Stayed there with a group of friends, and in my opinion, the hotel is somewhat overrated and should not have more than 3 stars. The food was just ok, the staff were nice but were not overly subservient. Most of the guests at the hotel are British and older, so at night you better drive to the Gap for fun... more

Our second time to this resort, this time our kids were slightly older, with more needs. The staff handled our every request with a smile. The food was EXCELLENT! The rooms comfortable. The extra activities make this hotel great value for money. more

My wife and I went to Mango Bay Oct 24-31. A friend had stayed there several years ago recommended it. From the moment we arrived it was nothing but great. The service was mediocre (and that's being nice). I'm from Trinidad, and it's said that Bajans DO NOT LIKE Trinis, but I never experienced this until my recent trip.
