I agree with reviews that say if you're used to other Fairmont's this hotel, taken over from Princess, will not feel quite up to snuff. Family stayed 4 nights at Southampton and find ourselves embroiled in a billing issue. If you stay with them under one of those, "stay 4 nights, get $400 resport credit" be aware. Beautiful room (received complimentary upgrade) and view. Very clean. Food in hotel restaurants expensive, but excellent. Wine runs about $17 a glass or (minimum) $55 a bottle, entrees about $40, easy $150-$200 a couple with appetizer and gratuity, but very good food and service.
