I enjoyed our stay @ Brickell Bay. I enjoy the off the beach location as you do not always have sand in your room. Check in is very slow. Staff is laid back. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are always clean towels waiting for you on the lounge chairs at the pool. Pool is nice to just hang out....

I just cannot understand why this hotel has not had higher reviews. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well decorated, the pool area is superb, the communal areas are maintained to a very high standard and the service is excellent. This place is horrible! Do not believe their photographs and advertising. These photos are total lies! They have only a few renovated rooms, which you have to request. The rest are dingy, dirty and smelly. The rest of the hotel is gross. Take your money elsewhere or BEWARE!
