We liked the friendly and helpful staff. We asked for a refirbished room and we got it. The room was clean. The A/C needed up dateing and we could not open the drapes because the people out side the window could see into our room. The best part was we were across the street from all the high rise hotels... more

I had to call maintenance 4 times in 5 days because of dysfunctional services (shower, safe, wet floors); management was extremely rude saying that I was probably lying about it just to get a refund (I never asked for one!). Much better value, cleaner, better management comparable hotels: The Mill, Divi Phoenix & Amsterdam Manor!! Problems: I had to call... more

We got a last minute deal with first choice and although the hotel was in need of refurbishment (although this had been started)we had a really enjoyable stay. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly and you can get a lift to the beach even although it is only 50yds away. There are sunloungers for Brickell Bay... more

We stayed at Brickell Bay while awaiting our timeshare availability. Nice location, near decent food (Salt & Pepper, Chino's). Walking distance to the pier and beach across the road. Room A/C was a little weak, and room was very mildew smelling. My infant crawled on the white tile floor and was black within seconds, so ... I'm not sure the... more

Great staff and very polite, when checking into the hotel you really feel like a welcomed guest. It seems like the majority of guests are repeat visitors. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the pool was a good size with a swim up bar. The location is second to none and in the middle of it all. The... more

This hotel is nice. Great location, walking distance to everything! The room was modern and clean. I didn't see too many people in the pool, but that's ok because the beach is right across the street. If you want to spend all your money, go someplace else. If you want value and a nice stay, come to Brickell Bay. more

Location is okay. Near most of the shopping and the nightlife, but the hotel shares a building with Hooters-not cool for our young girls and it does get a little obnoxious on the weekends when the Hooter Girls go to the streets to lure guests. We got one of the best rooms, on the second floor. It smelled okay and... more

Location, location, location. This hotel is in the high rise section of hotels in Aruba across the street from from the beach. The best part about the hotel was the location. My room was on the second floor (in the 220s) with two double beds standard older model TV, alarm clock, and bathroom (good water pressure). The room itself was... more

The room was your standard hotel room. Tile flooring, air conditioning worked great. Everything was good except the bed was alittle hard, but I'm used to memory foam matteress. I have no complaints. Staff very friendly. more
