My wife and I were at Casa Del Mar Dec 2011. The staff is not very helpful. You get nickeled and dimed for everything at this resort. Front desk will not assist you with phone calls or reservations. We have stayed at this resort before and we stayed 11-27 through 12-03-11 in the Ambassador Suites, room 1431. I have stayed at the CDM every year for over 10 years. It is in the low rise section. I appreciate the quiet enviornment and pleasant staff. The food at the onsite restaurant is also excellent. I highly reccomend it! More
