The front desk staff is very slow. Every time we try to go there this a long line and a wait of at least 15 minutes on line. The hotel itself is in a great location. The beach there is phenomal. Not crowded or over populated. More

just returned from our 3rd stay here; it is a holiday inn, nothing fancy. very easy check in, no line (was Monday however). the beach & access are the best and easiest. of concern, one tower is closed and many rumors about the future of the hotel. would hate to not have this location available! The resort was no longer All-Inclusive, which is fine, as I think it helped me stay on a more manageable diet. The restaurant fares were fine, but very expensive.
