This was our 8th vacation at the Occidental Grand Aruba. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We feel that Eugene, Carmen, & Fanny are always there to help us, and make our stay enjoyable. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Occidental Grand Aruba and we never stayed at an all inclusive before. We did not know you had to make reservations in advance for the restaurants.
