We travelled to Aruba with a large group on conference, but even though we were with over 200 people, my husband and I were treated like cherished and special guests by the Hyatt staff! By our third day, everyone that we met, from the front end/concierge, the groundkeepers to the housekeepers to the bar and service staff knew our name... more

We escaped to the Hyatt after a bad experience next door at the Grand Aruba Occidental. They bent over backwards to help us and we ended up with a beautiful suite that included a free continental breakfast and a free evening appetizer/cocktail hour. (That included drinks). The room was sleek and beautiful with a contemporary feel. My husband and I... more

I went with my family and friends to Aruba, we go every year usually twice a year for 8 years now. Infact we're going Febuary 2, 2010 and then again in august! We always always always stay at the Hyatt. I honestly cannot think of one thing I did not like, except maybe how expensive the drinks are food are.... more

This place had vey nice grounds, casino, restaurants and pools with a great location right on the beach. It's convenient to plenty of dining and water sports, all a short walk away. Rented a hobie cat right on the beach in front of the hotel and the palapas on the beach were key for shade. We did the sunset dining... more

We just returned from the Hyatt in Aruba. Great location, great staff - a friendly hotel on a friendly Island. We were upgraded upon arrival to an ocean front suite - what a surpise for us. Check in starts with a glass of champagne - when we got to our room I was swept away! The room had a great... more

aruba is a geat place to visit -- you can get great deals on jewels and gold. It is a party island -- a great place to get away from your everyday life. The beaches are so beautiful and clean and the people are so great also. more

Lots of families, couples and friends. It works for all. 2 pools, one with a swim up bar. 3 restaurants in the hotel (not on the beach). Walking distance to many other hotels (and restaurants). Scuba/snorkeling/sunset cruises/kids riding the tubes right their at the Hyatt pier...so very easy. Hyatt beach is a bit overcrowded however, so we got off that... more

Hyatt is hands down the nicest hotel on the island. Recently updated, it has a modern, upscale look. Great amenities, beach, pool and staff - the winner. The other hotels all have an older feel and are not as nice. more

My husband and I had a great vacation at the Hyatt Regency Aruba. We stayed five nights preceding Christmas. General Comments – The resort grounds are beautiful. As we awaited check-in on the Club Level, we received welcome cocktails. Our only complaint about the check-in process is several guests (including us) who reserved Club Level rooms were placed on other... more

Just came back from spending 4 nights at the Hyatt Aruba during Christmas. The hotel is average with extremely tiny balconies. I could not even stand on my balcony is was so small. The atmosphere of this facility is its outdoor space. The lush green gardens and waterfalls are quite dramatic and refreshing, beyond that, it has no other charm.... more
