Paradise beach villas is approximately an 80 unit resort in two buildings. It is located Directly across the street from Eagle Beach which is quieter than the busy Palm beach up the road. The beach is beautiful (white powder sand) and so is the resort. The resort has two pools a kiddie pool, hot tubs all are cleaned daily, a... More

After reading several bad reviews about the shape of the resort, the staff, the AC, the beds, smells etc, etc. I was incredibly worried about our booking through Interval World when exchanging our Diamond Resort timeshare time(we own at Ka'anapali) and we're used to staying in resorts, and have stayed at the Surf Club, the Ocean Club and resorts of... I just returned from a week at Paradise Beach Villas with two teenagers. We enjoyed it thoroughly. This is a small resort and we loved the quiet, not crowded atmosphere at the pool/bar area. We had a two bedroom unit with the "parking lot" view others have complained of. You can see the ocean/beach from the balcony and since we... More

I notice that Paradise Beach Villas resort is getting some very mixed reviews – particularly negative for those who rent a studio. I booked this as an Interval Exchange. One negative is that, although you are guaranteed a (in our case) two bedroom unit, it can be any two bedroom in the resort. At first they had us in a... More

this resort is a quiet diamond on the best beach in the caribbean..eagle beach..the red striped barriers are to protect the sea turtles who are nesting on several areas of the beach.. we always rent a car and go into town /exploring/and out for dinner..from burger king to 5 star..we have never been disappointed. we typically find a first time... We enjoyed our first visit to Aruba in this laid back friendly time share resort. We had one of the recently updated one bedroom suites which included all new appliances. The gas range had an oven. There was also a new, but small flat screen TV with a DVD player in the living room. The resort has no DVDs to... More

It appears that the policy is to give you a parking lot view and then try to get more money from you by having you upgrade your unit. This is done even with a time share exchange. If you complain they will tell you they have the right to change rooms. We had Room 424 on our reservation and were... More

We just returned from two weeks at Paradise Beach Villas. After reading the mixed reviews, I didn't have high expectations. I found the unit looked exactly like the pictures. We booked through VPL vacations, and had to change rooms the second week. The first week we were in a one bedroom, facing the parking lot. The only thing I was... More
