We just returned from a second visit Jan21-28th (The Ontario 4(was 8 last year).We were treated royally as returning guests. The staff, Germaine, David, Latoya, Millie, and everyone else were just so wonderful and a credit to Richards staff. The location was excellent. We found 'all inclusive' very good value. The staff were friendly and relaxed and this had a good influence on the guests too. The bungalow was a reasonable size, though on occasion, a phone would have been useful and more lighting, particularly over the bed would have been a definite asset. Just back from a 13 night stay. We can't stop looking at the photo's. We had a great time. The rooms are basic but comfortable, there is everything you need.
