We arrived to Anguilla by Ferry and recognized Patsy's from the website, so we walked the 3 minutes down the road with our bags. Little did we know, they were waiting for us to pick us up by car. Once we arrived in our room, we enjoyed bread and cheese, juice an water which was provided by the Villa. Very...

My husband, 12 year old son and I stayed at one of the ground floor 2BR apartments for 5 nights April 2010. The apartment was large. Each bedroom consisted of a queen sized bed, dresser and night table. The bathroom was a good size with a bath/shower combo. The kitchen had a stove, fridge, sink, toaster, cutlery, dishes pots and...

What can I say about Marjorie and Mitchell Connor who own and operate Patsy's Seaside Villas? They are wonderful, as is their hotel/apartments. We stayed for 8 nights in one of the apartments and couldn't have asked for more. Because we came in the low season last week Marjorie upgraded us at no cost to the two bedroom villa upstairs...

I've stayed at Patsy's twice this year and loved it. I went for new years and fell in love with Anguilla, then returned with friends in April. Anguilla can be very expensive, but staying at Patsy's makes it much more reasonable. It's not an island for the easily bored, but a good place to take it easy and eat, read...

My wife and I, one of her sisters and their best girlfriend, spent the nights of April 3, 2010 through April 11 at Patsy's Seaside Villas. Despite a booking miscommunication, we had a wonderful time at Patsy's. It met all our requirements of being clean, safe and comfortable. We had an upstairs apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large...

After spending four days in St. Marten, we took the ferry over to Anguilla for six days of relaxation and beautiful beaches. Anguilla is a rather expensive island, and we were on a tight budget. Patsy's Seaside Villas proved to be ideal for our stay. While not as plush as some of the $500-$1200 a night rooms at some of...

We stayed at Mitch and Marjorie's "Patsy's Seaside Villas" for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's. We chose Patsy's mostly because of the great price- it was one of the only places in Anguilla where we could afford to stay for 2 weeks. We were not disappointed- Patsy's met all our expectations and we hope to come back soon....

Let me start this review by telling you that two years ago we booked an upstairs suite at Patsy's, got Marjorie to arrange a rental car and even stock our fridge for us, only to discover about 20 hours before our flight to St. Martin that my passport was about to expire. In the midst of the ensuing family hysteria,...

We arrived in Anguilla via American Airlines on Feb. 23, - March 3, 2009. We rented the top floor, 2 bedroom unit. We were met at the airport by Andy Connor with our rental van at 10:00 p.m. He was very friendly and we followed him back to Patsy's. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door! Much...
