Keep in mind, I am writing this review 4 months late, but who can forget a place like Anguilla? The Hilltop Apartments are slightly off the beaten path, but then again, so is Anguilla. One thing we would have done differently would be to arrange a rental car right away as Island Harbor, where the Hilltop Apartments are, is miles... More
