Nestled up a steep hillside above the touristic Olu Deniz is the Faralya hotel. It's out of the way but still accessible location means it's the perfect spot for a retreat. Simple rooms, great vegetarian food, often organic and attentive, homely service makes this the ideal place for a yoga, meditation, detox or creative retreat. Lovely yoga deck. Spectacular views of... I thought this location stunning and unspoilt. Our yoga teacher managed to run classes of such mixed abilities in such a way that was so inclusive, i'm sure we all benefited. The welcome and service from the small family team running the hotel was quite charming. A special mention for Murat, who looked after us so well. The only tiny... More

Remote, unspoilt, fantastic warm and friendly hospitality, delicious home-grown home-made food, plenty to do and explore. If you want peace, tranquility, simplicity, Faralya is for you. And if you are looking for a yoga holiday, this is a great place to do it with a yoga platform looking out over the sea. More

I enjoyed this family hotel with a welcoming staff, not to forget the friendly and caring presence of Murat! The food was excellent and the view from the dining area was just stunning: sea, mountains and beautiful sunsets. A quiet place to relax with a nice swimming pool and the possibility to go by minibus to the nearby baie of... More

A wonderful place with stunning views over the Aegean and delicious wholesome food. The pool is clean, well kept and a good size for a decent swim. Rooms are simple and spacious and surrounded by well-tended gardens. Beautiful walks from the hotel with well-marked paths. The gentle, friendly and helpful staff under the direction of Murat made the whole experience... More

We stayed at Hotel Faralya recently on our walking holiday. What a joy it was to arrive there after a long, strenuous, hot walk. The setting is beautiful with far reaching views to the sea, the pool most welcoming and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. But above all this it is Murat and his team who make this place... If you're looking for some time out from the stress of daily life then I would highly recommend yoga at Faralya Hotel. I did a lot of research and finally booked through Free Spirit travel - lots of choices of dates, good descriptions of venues and reasonable prices. Faralya is not in Fethiye in fact but about 45 mins drive... More

I had to escape from Yuva Lodge, which is a few miles south down the road and stayed at Faralya hotel for two days. Murat and his coworker were very welcoming, and I felt better right away. The room I stayed was bright , very clean and had a beautiful view, Hotel has a pool and its very serene to... More

I agree with all previous reviews but must add that this hotel is remote and expensive in comparison with all oher accommodation we stayed at in Turkey. It is a wonderful retreat but you have two options when getting there and back - expensive taxi transfers or waiting for the infrequent mini buses. It is a great starting point for... More
