this is a lovely hotel, very friendly. the rooms are very comfortable. the breakfast is great and the restaurant menu is super. can't fault this family run hotel.would return in a shot if we were in the area. more
Wanted to visit Switzerland and not spend a fortune, a friend recommended this Guesthouse. In Swiss terms this was quite reasonable and good value for money. The room we were given was down some steep steps but had good views over the mountains and valley. The furnishings were in good order, everything worked well but were in the 1970's style. It was reasonably convenient for Interlaken - about 10-15 minutes walk. Breakfast was in the Swiss style and of a high standard and served on a veranda overlooking the valley and the mountains beyond. We stayed for 6 days and the breakfast did not vary which was a little boring. It was an excellent centre for touring the Jungfrau region and we took full advantage. more
