Reserved early for conference, specifying a room at the back, that is NOT next to the busy road. Guess what? Through their admitted oversight my room features loud and constant road noise. Their response: sorry. That's it, sorry. A very disappointing (and loud) experience indeed. There is absolutely nothing relaxing and spa-like in waking up to the sound of trucks.... More
