Our room was very noisy, next to stairs, continual road noise all night, street noise from the restaurant over the way, fountain pump and ice machine in the corridor. Too much light through curtains . No sleep. No fridge. Good bathroom. Clean room, poor lighting. Some staff friendly, others dismissive and disinterested.. Look elsewhere if you want sleep.

It's like a resort has everything there, shops, many restaurants, cafe, musical performance dinner ( enjoyed it, they were good). This is owned by princess and is very busy all the time due to land tour and cruise tours so I feel they are more looked after than the independent travelers. A bit confusing, they need to also look after... More

Stayed here last summer as part of a 2500 mile trip through Alaska with our kids. The hotel is located very conveniently from the entrance to Denali. The property is one of several Princess properties we stayed at. The rooms themselves at these Princess properties are all very similar-basic, very average mattresses, thin walls, fairly clean. Heard one cruise passenger... More

We stayed at this Hotel for two nights as part of our Princess land tour package. The hotel is on the bank of the river and has some wonderful views. You can walk along the track at the back of the hotel which runs parallel to the river and watch visitors enjoying boat rides. The hotel is located in town... More

Travelled here as part of the land portion of the cruise. Buildings spread out all over. We were fairly close to the main lodge, but a shuttle seemed to travel frequently. Would have enjoyed a balcony. The lodge was very nice. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed it. Mac and Cheese was fantastic. Walked accross the street to a... More

Had the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Who would of thought for a simple meal like that but this was no simple mac and cheese. All the food I had at the Lodge was wonderful.

We arrived here as the first stop on the land portion of our princess cruise. The main lobby and lower lodge area were spectacular. Very nicely decorated, a great gift store, couches by the fireplace and a little snack bar/coffee shop. We ate at the main restaurant and it was good but not great for the money. Try to get... More

I stayed at the resort as part of a road trip in Alaska at end of September. It's a very large property with lots of different buildings, around 1 mile from entrance of Denali National Park. I think it caters for plenty of cruise ship passengers. We were greet by friendly cxheck0-in staff, who were coming to the end of... More

We chose to stay here in September 2011, despite reading some unfavorable reviews. There was a great "end-of-season" discount being offered in September. We were also quite worried about the quality of other lodging in the immediate area. The room was adequate, though the walls and ceilings were very thin (= noise). The property was well maintained, but it had... More
