Rooms are very rustic but clean. Front desk service was very accommodating. We ate in the bar a couple of times and the food was very good. Staff was always pleasant and helped make the overall experience pleasant.

When we were told we we were taking the Tundra Wilderness tour, the Chalet was just as we expected...a wilderness cabin. We loved it!! It was close to the Visitors center, shopping for souvenirs, and resturants with good eats. Just what we wanted. We're glad our travel agent chose this Chalet.
