Mesquite Springs is in northern Death Valley. The first time I was there in March of 2010 the campground was full, I couldn't believe how many people were camping, all the sites were taken, of course the weather was ideal. The campground is primitive but does have water and flush toilets. The weather in the fall and spring is usually very nice but showers and windy conditions are not uncommon.
