Cleanish rooms, old decor but generally ok. Set in some nice grounds right on the beach. Not exactly a hotel to write home about but nothing really wrong with it. Ok as somewhere to stay for a few nights but there are nicer places in mirissa for a longer stay.

The location is fantastic! Rooms could do with an update. The breakfast wasnt best in sri lanka as they cook it in a tent outside. Have to pour your own tea. And go up and order your breakfast from tent. Other than thst mirissa is amazing and this hotel has a great location and security for peace of mind
