Very nice place to stay. Rooms comfortable and the breakfast menu was very good. The do evening mealss but we were not in a position to dine as we had another appointment that night. Big attractive gardens to walk around. Owners are very nice. Will be happy to stay here again. More

Returned after many years as was booked a surprise and I wasn't disappointed. It's a little out of the way but well worth it. Our Room was very large, airy and had plenty of Pillows, T &C making facilities and Plenty of Toiletries. Although a little dated it adds to the ambience and wouldnt look right if modernised. Richard is... More

Richard and Trish are the perfect hosts....very attentive and everything so personal which often is neglected with other establishments. Highly recommend the superb food in the restaurant and the breakfast definitely hits the spot. Please take time to absorb the history of the guesthouse....two words...utterly splendid! :) More

There is so much to say about this place, the surroundings, the decor, the charm, the food and the host was all excellent. We were able to light an open fire in our bedroom after our dinner which just added to the ambience. The food was superb, plenty of space at the table. Breakfast again was great, lots of fresh... Our stay was for a short bank holiday break with another couple, the welcome was warm & friendly, the rooms are colour themed ,ours pink and our friends blue. The beds were large & comfortable and the ensuite was well appointed, a slight sooty /smokey aroma was in the air which came from the set open fireplace in each room,... More

Loved this place, the house, gardens, ambience and the food. Bed was extremely comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Rooms are fabulous and have own open fireplaces. The whole place is so relaxed you cannot but feel at home. The breakfast was first class also. More

Lovely surroundings and great food, but the whole place is crying out for a good cleaner, a decent gardener, and the chimneys badly need to be re-lined, sadly. More

We stayed for one night on a visit to the Giants Causeway. The grounds are lovely - it is very peaceful. Breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday when the much acclaimed restaurant was closed but if breakfast was anything to go by I am sure that it would have been fantastic. Our hosts were very helpful and... More
