Family of 4 dined there on 28th April. We expected it to be special. Food was ok but portions were small. Service was just ok and not once during the meal were we asked if everything was in order. We were non drinkers and noticed that other tables with diners having drinks appeared to be getting VIP treatment. We expected... More

We stayed two nights, beautiful room, lovely place, great service. Dinners were gorgeous and breakfast were literally feasts - fresh buttery scones, fresh fruit, crepes if you want to stay light and trad fry but no grease in sight, sliced meats and cheese if that's what you prefer. We were stuffed for the day but pleasantly so. Proper crepe style... More

Stayed here for a night over the St Patrick's Day weekend as the place had been recommended to us by people who know the area well. The friendliness and hospitality was genuinely fantastic and the evening meal delicious. The room was done up nicely but was on the small side. Breakfast was a real treat and included porridge with a... More

This is one of my favourite places to eat in the North West. I usually visit it once or twice a year when in Donegal. The food is delectable and the ambience is sumptous. The menu has the best of Irish food, locally sourced, lots of fish. Some of these 'fine dining' type joints can be overtly stuffy and stiff,... More

Have had the honor to have two fantastic meals within Danny Minnie's both times were excellant. From the moment you enter and gather around the hearth awaiting your table you are treated like family. We are blessed to have been twice to this special place we consider Heaven on earth, that being Annagry and its people and this restaurant. A... More

This is a fantastic restaurant with the most fabulous food beautifully presented. They do a three course table d'hote dinner menu for 39.95 euros, which given the quality is fabulous value. The ambiance in the restaurant is lovely and the staff are the most friendly you will ever come across. If you're ever in the vicinity, do not miss the... More

I loved the decor of this restaurant but the compliments end there. This restaurant has won many awards and I was excited to try it out. The food reflected old style hotel food and was extremely over priced. More

Had the most wonderful meal in this restaurant recently. The menu choice was excellent and it tasted just as good. Beautiful atmosphere in both the lounge & the restaurant, although quite a large fire blazing in the lounge on a nice balmy evening!! The staff were very friendly & attentive. 10 out of 10 for my 1st and hopefully not... More
