I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times. Staff is always friendly, the rooms are not luxurious but rather basic and clean. Breakfast is typical Danish style. The view to the sea bay is nice and a small harbour is within a short walking distance.

This hotel is very quirky and in a good way. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff could not have been better. Super helpful and very friendly. The roon was a bit on the small size but was fine for us.Breakfast was fab and their choices were very good. They catered for all tastes.

This hotel is located close to the harbour area of Holbaek but not that close to the station or the town center. It is sitauted at a road crossing with heavy traffic that might be disturbing. The room was very small and very simple in its decor. It had no airconditioning, no kettle but had a small television with danish, german, english and swedish channels. Waterbottles were complimentary and also wifi was free. The bathroom was clean but pretty horrible. It was extremely small and had a shower but there was absolutely no space where to put your things. Overall the room was more like a youth hostel than a hotel room. Breakfast was okay and was served as a buffet. Boiled eggs but nothing else that was hot not even bacon. The breakfast room that also is a restaurant at night had a nice view though towards the sea. I would not recommend a stay here unless you are very fond of places that look cheap and low budget. However the hotel looks like a low budget hotel but the rooms were quite expensive.…

This place used to be awesome - was a cozy, cheap restaurant and hostel. Then they changed the name and quadrupled their prices, but nothing else changed. So now they think it's a 5* place with 5* prices. Except it's still just a hostel. With WAY over-priced food that used to be fun to eat, because it was good, local food served cheap.

Pleasant atmosphere with relaxing attitude and openness. A private room with view to the waterfront, clean and nice Nordic interior. A wonderful delicate breakfast, served simple but with a variety of choices but of fruits, cheeses and meats. I will return to this authentic hotel.

Really loved this hotel. The rooms were so clean and fresh and loved the decor. Really old building and has been restored so beautifully. Only drawback was that our room had windows out to the pub garden and being a Saturday it was really loud till 2 am. Actually sounded like the party was in our room. Still giving them 4 stars though as they do warn about this on their website and the hotel is so charming and the staff so nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Not an especially inexpensive place to stay, especially when converting from the Cdn $, but the room was comfortable with a nice view out to the water. There was also a small common area kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave available to use. The breakfast provided was quite good and well presented. It's located in what was an old hostel and the conversion and upgrade has been tastefully done.

Here you find Clean rooms, friendly staff, interesting vintage concept. The views are nice. Hotel is placed at good location - close to fjord, and 7 min walk from the station. This place is not vegan-friendly, no even soya milk for breakfast.

Just two minutes from the water this gem is a great place to stay. We popped out in the morning for a jog straight on the waterfront path. Breakfast had good variety, just wish there had been a kettle in the room but no real problem with that! Quiet, clean and friendly.
