We stayed at this hotel in late January as part of a trip through Nepal. The hotel was in a good location with many shops around it. You can access the river from the rear of the property. The hotel is still pretty basic, 4* for camp rating though i guess. Rooms are relatively clean. Simple, but equipped with candles and matches to be prepared with the many power outages. They also have mosquito coils, and nets for each bed (even if there are a few holes in them!) The showers were hot, which is a little rare... More

We stayed at River View on a break from working in Kathmandu, and we had an amazing time. This is a basic but delightful safari lodge on the edge of the Rapti river near Royal Chitwan National Park.
