Rooms were small, dark and dirty. Despite being expressly included at the time of booking, air conditioning and wifi (not working anyway) were said to cost extra when we arrived. The man at reception whom we dealt with had an unfortunate approach to problem-solving, and was a poor ambassador for this hotel (and customer service generally).
