Natal Spa was a great weekend get away. We almost never went there due to some negative comments on this site. really glad that didnt stop us. The staff were friendly and helpful, and mangement were very hand-on. The beside the hot pools which were clean and really hot! the resorts host alot of other fun activites, we went to...

Pools are terribly filthy! No sign of cleaners!Urine smell everywhere.Pools are taken out of commission without notice.Toilets smell most of the time. Not worth the price. There is nevertheless potential to make this place great!Proper Management required in order not to send this place into decline!

Natal Spa is in a wonderful location, down a twisty track away from Paulpietersburg. Rooms are of decent size and in wonderfully laid out grounds, although they smelt a little damp. Given that it had poured down for two days this may just have occured for my visit. It certainly wasn't because of the leaky shower - mine did not...

My husband and I stayed in the timeshare apartments at this resort for a long weekend (3 nights). The self-catering flats are clean and the furnishing were adequate to comfortable. The sofas were slightly worn but everything was in good repair otherwise. The houses are old but have been refurbished inside. The kitchen looked very new. The patio paving on...

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour and accept that it maybe the nearest hotel to the area we were visiting in order to see the sights of the Zulu wars. However, we count ourselves lucky that we were in the main building as our room was not too bad. Other guests said their rooms were small...

We had been led to believe that this was not a hotel that we would like. Our experience was to the contrary. The staff were keen, eager, polite and friendly. They coped with the influx of guests professionally and the service was excellent. The hotel decor needs some attention but the overall impression is of a colonial splendour that needs...
