This was the first place to stay on our honeymoon trip; we were there for 3 nights. The hotel is on the main street in Ravangla, which itself is a very small hamlet in the mountains.

The hotel staff were very helpful through out. The food prepared and delivered by the staff was extra-ordinary; we stuck to ordering north Indian food and tea - and enjoyed the meals immensely!

The views from the hotel were very good, with many mountain tops visible from our balcony.

The surroundings were beautiful; we were inspired to go walking around the place, and serendipitously came across the huge Sakhyamuni Buddha statue & the beautiful Cho Dzo park, which even had a Treehouse!

From the Cho Dzo park, we found a narrow road going down the valley and followed it all the way down, and then walked back to Meanamla in 3-4 hours with some help from the locals. Turned out to be my favorite part of the entire trip!
