This is a fairly new property.
A good business hotel. Simple, clean, and compact. Rooms are small, but comfortable. I would compare the rooms with the Microtel Chain in the USA. Everything built in, with "IKEA" type furnature.
Slightly small HD flat screen TV with about 20 channels. (Only 1 English channel) very clean and quiet. Desk size work area...

We stayed at this hotel for one night travelling from SW France to Calais, and we were really impressed. firstly it is very easy to find and had free parking on site, it is not a 'destination' location but about 5 minutes drive from the centre of Le Neubourg with a choice of restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we stayed in the Acadine Hotel. We booked two triple bed rooms and found them to be clean, comfortable, and big enough for one double and one single bed.
