We stayed at Domaine Grand Guilhem in January 2012. We were in the area on business and wanted to stay at a place that was centrally located to most of the main wine regions of the Languedoc and Roussillon.

Cascastel is a perfect spot from which to tour the beautiful, rugged, corbieres.
