The room we had was spacious with beautiful antique furniture. Our hosts where more than accommodating, giving advice on local activities and places of interest that could fill a week, but we could only stay three nights. Highlights for us, breakfast- different treat every day, the winery tour filled with passion and family history, local walks, and basically feeling very... More

My wife and I spent our 2nd night in Italy here and can't say enough about Chiara and Paolo and their beautiful place in the Piemonte countryside. The rustic yet modern accommodations are befitting a 400 year old farmhouse and are most comfortable. They, however, set Sant'Eufermia apart from most others. Paolo greeted us warmly, introducing us to the dogs... More

Our first trip to Italy, a two week vacation and a time to remember. Our stay at Cascina Sant'Eufemia was made possibe by family (LarryandDarcy) who discovered this little piece of paradise and shared it with us. An unforgettable vacation, an unforgettable place, and two wonderful people, our hosts Paolo and Chiara, who made us feel like part of a... More

So this was our second visit to Sant'Eufemia. It says something about a place when you keep coming back. And says more when you choose to share it with friends and family. This time my brother Mike and his partner Donna joined us. In addition to rediscovering the hills and valleys and wines of the Langhe on our tandem bicycle,... More

We stayed at Cascina Sant'Eufemia at the end of a month long trip to Italy and Greece. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful trip. We traveled through the beautiful Piedmont countryside to get to the Bed and Breakfast. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were offered use of the picnic table and the sitting... More

It was a pleasure to spend our break at Cascina Sant'Eufemia during April/May 2013. This accommodation is in a wonderful scenic location. Moreover it is close to picturesque villages, like Monforte D'Alba, Barolo, Serralunga D'Alba, Barbaresco...etc...It is also about 1.5 hr drive from Turin. It was a pleasure to meet with Chiara and Paolo, and we enjoyed their company, both... More

We returned to Sant"Eufenia in September 12 after a visit in 2010. All the complimetary reviews here are proof that the hosts are exceptional people. In looking back it was possible to question whether our wonderful recalled memories had been enlarged through the prism of time. However we returned with friends and had the joy seeing them discover the genuinely... More

Many many thanks for your second review! You have written a sort of short guide about "What to do" and we can just share and approve of it! Just a note to point up what you have already said about wines: Barolo is the most famous wine produced in this area, and it is also the reason why many people... More

We were lucky enough to accompany some friends on their return visit to Cascina Sant' Eufemia. Our expectations after hearing about the beautiful setting and the charming hosts were high but were exceeded on every level. I am full of admiration for how Chiara and Paolo make this such a wonderful experience for everyone in such a relaxed manner when... More

we are so happy every time our guests remark Piedmont is a beautiful, unique and authentic region! We are proud of our land: in few kilometers, from the Alps to the sea, you can find so many interesting things: big town and small medieval villages; castles and abbeys; shops and street market; very important museums;excellent food and extraordinary wines; a... When we called to make a reservation, they were already full, but Chiara did some creative rearranging and made it possible for us to stay. We had a great time. We really loved the space.
