Loved this B&B. Great room decor. Clean, crisp, white and blue. Cow pasture just outside the window. Beautiful spot out in the country. Breakfast was delicious. Tim has a great sense of humour. I'm not accustomed to the B&B experience so this might just be me, but rooms were close and not the most private. Also, you do need to... More

Staying two nights here was the perfect place to relax after a week in Glasgow for the World Pipe Band Championships. Beautiful location outside Portree. Beautiful sunset (if the Skye weather participates) from the front steps. Can't say enough about Tim and Grace. Very welcoming, very personable and an awesome dog name Brenna! They both offered great tips on where... More

We loved the view from our room and being in the wild countryside. The drive from Portree to Grasmhor was lovely at any time of day. Tim was great fun to chat with and full of excellent advice on worthwhile places to visit for the walking, the food, the drink or the photographs. His photos are amazing! The breakfasts are... More

We spent two nights at Grasmhor. In advance Time sent us a few detailed directions to help find Grasmhor. He was eager to give us helpful advice on some hidden points of interest on Skye. Breakfast was lovely with the unique opportunity to try a vegetarian sausage... Grasmhor is a wonderful B&B - one of the best we have ever... More

Grasmhor is a delight and well worth all the postive comments on Tripadvisor. Our room (Woodend) was spacious, well decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean - with the bonus of having a wonderful view. Tim and Grace are great hosts - welcoming, helpful and friendly - but the real star is Brenna! The breakfasts are excellent - both the continental and... More

Grasmhor is in a quiet location less than 10 minutes from Portree, down a single track ‘B’ road – an ideal location for exploring Skye particularly the Trotternish Peninsula as well as the west of the island. We had a lovely view from our room (Woodend) with some particularly good sunsets – we were blessed with sunny weather during our... More

We received a warm welcome from Tim & Grace upon our arrival. The rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were quite comfy. The view from our room was spectacular. An added treat is Tim's photography, which graces the walls of the many of the rooms. Breakfast was delicious, especially Grace's homemade bread. Usually we opt for a... More

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Grasmhor a few days ago. Tim and Grace were very kind and helpful, and they take great pride in serving a fantastic breakfast. The common areas are very nicely kept, complete with television and DVD collection. Our room was both comfortable and clean with a huge ensuite bathroom and a gorgeous view of... More
