I've traveled quite a bit and have stayed in a wide quality range of places. No frills is one thing but this place is just unkempt. Stained carpets and musty/fishy smells permeate the rooms. I should preface this by saying I have been to Europe 4 times in the last 5 years and have spent over 60 days in Ireland, England, France, Italy and Germany.
