Over priced, rude uncaring staff and really untidy. Have to walk heough engineering workshop to room. Staff not interested to help. The restaurant very poor with a broken floor. Avoid at all costs. Also used a lot by low cost Russian tour companies. More

I was quite impressed with the resort considering how little it cost for six nights. My room was cleaned every day and it had free tea & coffee, fridge, cable TV, balcony and safe.
