Stayed one night en route to Danum Valley. Clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. Evening meal was fine. Breakfast not so good - toast ok. Live entertainment at night was just that - entertainment! Overall it was fine for one night or so.

The hotel room was ok with me. Nice and simple and clean. Good for a day or 2 days stay. Basically no bad review on this hotel. In addition, got free breakfast in the morning.

The staffs are friendly and always made me feel at home. They remember me by name and always spends time for a chit-chat. The front office staff were very helpful. And the breakfast buffet was good. But the room we had was dated and needed a good spring clean. In addition, there were notices all over the room asking guests not to do various things - not exactly welcoming!
