We stayed at 39 Lighthouse Road for a week in Jan/Feb 2011. As there were only two of us we negotiated a special rate. Ask. Four of us stayed at the guesthouse at 39 Lighthouse Road in Kommetjie, Cape Town, for a week over New Year 2010-2011. I can highly recommend it.
