We were taken here after finding the hotel on latestays.com. The hotel originally didn't receive our pre-paid booking from the website, but happily put us up until they sorted it out. We loved this hotel, don't know where to start, everything was perfect. Room was really nice and clean with european style bathroom (big plus in Thailand) with balcony overlooking swimming pool and TV with English speaking channels. Serene Resort is exactly that. Beautiful lush gardens, centrally located and deserves more than the 2 1/2 star rating. Very clean, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. I will be returning to the Serene for sure. more
