We were moved to Tropical Garden Resort after an "overbooking" at Serene Resort, its sister hotel. The Tropcial Garden was huge, crowded, and FULL of steep stairways. The Resort was built on a cliff, with a nice view to Kata beach. However they didn't think about the guests comfort. Lots of stairs to climb. The lift (4 people one) is on third level. this was our 3rd time to tropical garden we were to stay 6 weeks but were enjoying ourselves so much we stayed a extra 4 weeks.
