Arriving in l'Estissac - a sleepy village west of Troyes- mid afternoon we found the one and only Logis de France hotel and weren't too put off by finding that the only staff member around to unlock the front door and let us in was one of the restaurant cooks. This is sleepy village France and our inquiry about rooms... More
