We stayed there twice - for 2 weeks in 2006 and for two months in 2009. Nice owners (indian catholics), clean rooms (tho small, but most of them have balconies), hot water (cheaper - without), nice green garden on the territory. 5 mins to walk to the beach (it`s located between Big and Small Vagator), or 1 min by bike. 300-700 Rs per night.
Owners also help to hire bikes, taxi; sell cool beer, water, and have a breakfast menu to order smth and have it in the garden or in your room.
