Staff very rude.The front desk staff unaware of the booking took almost an hour to check if there was a booking.They charge for the extra person in a room and provide you a small sofa to sleep,then you need to beg for a blanket ,pillow and bed sheet.No extra towel for the extra adult charged they term this as Hotel...
