“The receptionist !!!”

“Bad hotel, cannot think why anyone would return !”

It's located on an industrial estate, north of the beautiful village of savigny les beaune but if this was your only experience of the village, you would never want to visit the centre. The only positive thing about my 2 night stay was the powerful, hot shower. Bathroom smelly and bedroom basic and unpleasant. Give the B&B a miss but... More

Saturday night and everywhere else was full and horribly expensive. We found this hotel as we were about to leave Beaune and take the A6 to find another less crowded town. Says it all really very helpful staff. I had booked another B&B hotel and arrived at this one by mistake.There are 3 in Beaune. The receptionist went to great trouble to cancel the other reservation. Service way beyond the euro 39.30 rate for the room. She recommended an excellent restaurant in Beaune. Some of the 5 star hotels could learn... More
