Lots of cockroaches and ants in the room, noisy A/C and uncomfortable beds. Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank god I only stayed one night! More

Yes, pleasant staff, but I can't can't connect at all with any of the 'cosy' or homely scenerios previously discussed. Rooms at the front are noisy as well as shabby and not at all comfortable at any level... puts the desciption of basic at a new low level. Stayed here 8 years ago and nothing seems to have changed. The reception was very friendly and rooms basic but pleasant and with a balcony. We paid 1000Rs a night on Christmas time. Close to the beach and is located on the main street; therefore there are many restaurants, shops and money exchange around. It is a good base to explore Goa. More

Booked thru hote'ls website and then courtesy hold with credit card. Very courteous service via elail as well. We have just returned from our Goa Holiday trip. We stayed at the Shangrila Beach Hotel, in Majorda which is close to the Majorda Beach. Our room was very nice with window air-condition and attached english bath. It was very reasonably priced for the nice cozy room, bath and balcony.
