“Caring Lovely People”

The hotel is nice but what really stood out was the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. We had a small medical emergency during our stay and the owners arranged for their Doctor (who spoke English) to come and visit us in the room. Super friendly staff, great decor, clean and the comforts of many a 4 star hotel. With no doubt a hidden gem. The restaurant deserves a separate review as this is a bonus to have such a top restaurant attached to the hotel. Just a notch down from a Michelin restaurant. Excellent well prepared food all around. Congrats team.

Le Menil is a small place in the Vosges and we did not have very high expectations when we stopped here. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was superb.
