It's always a risk going somewhere you've loved, for a second time. What if it isn't as good as you remembered?! It is! We love this place. Pay the extra for frontline. It's money well spent. Hot showers where you don't have to press the button every 10 seconds and a great restaurant. Loads to do in the area and you can let the Austrian wellness deep into your bones. We will go back a 3rd time for sure

This is a very relaxed camping located between trees next to the warmest lake in Austria. On arrival you get a choice between several camping locations. The restuarant is good. The owners are very relaxed and have 2 rules. You have to enjoy your holiday and pay before you leave... A binder with day trips - cycling/walking routes etc available, and you can take copys out of the binder. Hows that for service! A survivale tour for kids- free organized by the camping. My son loved it A lot of activities organized through the camping for instance supping (great) mountaine biking (wow nice views during tour with a guide, 3 hours incl bike rent 25 euros pp), climbing etc etc for reasonable prices The toilets / showers are really clean. Also wheelchair toilet and shower facilities available. The campsite is quiet after 22:00. We loved the location next to the lake even though our tent was not with a lake view, walking down and having a coffee there is great in the morning when its still quiet. Lots of benches with a lake view. If you want disco&party this is not a campsite for you. Try nextdoor. I would suggest reserving a place as it was full during our stay - but not too full Space for large tents available. Good balance between campers/caravans & tents The owners were really helpfull, i broke my ancle, and they took care of returning my rented weekchair without any problem!…

Everything has been good from the easy booking (quick couple of emails), arrival, pitch choice and very chilled check-in. Opt for a lake side pitch - the views are just stunning. You can literally step out of your bed and jump into the lake. The restaurant is very good, well above the standard of most campsites and the staff are all very friendly/helpful. Small things make a big difference on a campsite and here the spotless showers where you can control the temperature and not have to press the button every 20 seconds are a treat! We were the only British people during our stay & it's a shame this area of Austria isn't promoted more at home because we're missing out. It's superb & we will be back

The location is beautiful, particularly the lake and mountains, the facilities are clean and excellent, the restaurant is very impressive, and it has a friendly family feel. I highly recommend this campsite.
