Great location, close to Munich. For skiers just 5 mins to 20 mins to various ski areas of choice. Staff friendly, service excellent, food superb. Rooms are clean, beautiful and spacious. Splendid location not far from Kitzbuhel and St Johann, about 90 minutes of Munich...good range of activities.
