Stayed at the Boar's Head for just one night as part of a weekend of birthday celebrations,Even though the weather was very bad(continual rain) the stay was one of the most enjoyable we have experienced.Food was excellent,room was a delight and the setting of Ripley was wonderful.Would & have recommended to others & will be returning. more

This is a great location and on the whole nice hotel, but for the cost it really could do with updating. The decor is past it sell by date and the bathrooms are out of synch with what is generally available. more
