We have just arrived home from a mid-week break at Nidd Hall. The car parks are placed arround the hotel so there is not too far to walk where ever your room is. Julia who welcomed us was very helpful and efficient. We were rather disappointed with our historic room (16) as the bathroom was so small it was easy... More

We spent three nights at NIdd Hall in April and were blown away by the standard of entertainment and food. It was cold outside but there was so much going on indoors as well as outdoor sports. The entertainment team were so professional and talented. All of the staff were attentive and very pleasant. Can't wait to go back.

we have just spent four relaxing days at Nidd Hall. The staff were all very helpful in this magnificent building with its great gardens. There are many rooms to relax in and the terrace restaurant is a fine place to dine in the evening over looking a magnificent vista. We treated ourselves to a suite in the main building on... More

If you are children free and want to stay that way then this is the place for you. The hall is VERY welcoming and has first class facilities, food and accommodation. Like all Warner Hotels there is a room for all pockets and activities from the ones who want to have their holiday in the fast lane to folk like... More

We were here for a 2 night short break and found everything we needed and expected. We stayed in a historic room in the old house, and although the room was not large it was well equipped and the bathroom was huge! The public rooms were all clean and comfortable - it was quite a choice - should we have... More

All Warner has lead us to expect plus a bit more. Excellent service, comfort and attention to detail. Especially good was the Terrace Restaurent. The chef obviously enjoys his job and this shows in the variety and attention to detail in the dishes served. Staff in the restaurant could not have been more professional. Leisure centre has excellent pool which... More

...we really love the location, the entertainments team are good and the bar and dining staff are excellent. So what do the management need to realise/appreciate....This was our 3rd visit in a year to Nidd, yet on each occasion the price has risen for the same accommodation (Room 30, which is a lovely suite). The 50% reduction on brochure rates... More

I have seen many reviews of Warners strange mix of upper range hotels and holiday camp methods but specially the constant reference of being like 'geriatric homes' so we thought that we would try one and chose Nidd Hall. First comment the staff are excellent, always a smile and nothing too much to make ones stay a pleasure. We had... More

Booked 4 nights at Nidd on the strength of our break at Boddelwyddan. Yes it looks fab but had to queue to check in and I was blocking the drive as there were no directions where to park at all. I had wanted a signature twin with walk in shower but was booked into shower over bath. I rang the... More
