This was our first stay at a Premier Inn and we were very impressed. The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Same problem as others over reception desk being unmanned sometimes. Once the receptionist did arrive however the service was fine. Excellent stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good parking. Close to Falmouth and we used the hotel as a base to visit the town and friends who live nearby. We used the restaurant for breakfast which is well worth the money and the children ate free! Would use this hotel again no problem! More

The hotel was as you would expect but this inn scores more because of its extremely helpful staff.the adjoining 'table to table' restaurant was good for breakfast and evening meals.the view from the beer garden is lovely ,you can see for miles over the downs,The food is of a good quality and very good value.
